Meet Ted

Ted Fortezzo, Director of Customer Communications Management at CSG.  Ted has spent most of his career working with a global BPO providing agent services and call automation from domestic, near, and offshore contact centers, as well as from home agent environments.

Today, he is focused on the impact of Industry 4.0 innovations that have changed how people communicate and the expectations they have from the companies with which they become customers.  He is passionate about the myriad of new innovations that are changing the way we all experience the world and how they are impacting business-and-consumer communications.

On a personal note, Ted attended the University of Nebraska and is an avid Cornhusker football fan.  He is married to his best friend Kari and spends his free time with her playing tennis, skiing and raising their four teenagers.
